Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

Grateful for Eric at front desk. He was the hardest working front desk staff. We appreciate his professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. We had a problem with finding bugs in our bed one night. He offered advice to wash all of our clothes before we move to the next room. We received an upgraded room - corner double queen. What a great room! So glad it had a bidet, too! Just like home! We felt at home at Embassy Suites Waikiki! All the staff were great - Jay at breakfast always greeted us and exchanged pleasantries. The chefs at the omelet station were greaT and the bartender at cocktail hour! All terrific! Also liked the location! Very convenient!

There was heaps to like about this property! The staff were excellent, the room (and all the amenities!) were clean and comfortable, the pool and surrounding area was great, breakfast and dinner snacks were enjoyable. The location was perfect! Close to the beach and shops. I loved the evening snacks and complimentary drinks, sitting out on the terrace was so enjoyable.

We love Embassy Suites, we have stayed there many times. Location is great and the staff are very nice. We have 4 children and this is the best place to accommodate 6 of us comfortably.

They have a free breakfast buffet every morning, and that is great! The hotel room size was very comfortable. There was a pull out couch in the living area that was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful when getting the car and helping us with sightseeing. They also have a happy hour every night with drinks, snacks, and music. You get drink tickets upon check-in. This hotel is in a great area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Make sure you check out Dune's restaurant Prime Rib night on Thursday's, it's great!!
